TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PARTNERSHIP:
By submitting this form, you agree to the following binding terms:

1. Partnership Scope
– Each partner shall aim to refer a minimum of three (3) qualified business leads per calendar month

2. Project Engagement Policy

– Ohelay Technology requires a minimum 75% advance payment from referred clients before project commencement.
– The remaining 25% balance must be cleared prior to project delivery.

3. Commission Structure & Payment Terms
– Total commission per referred project: 15%, disbursed as follows:
– 10% paid upon project initiation (once payment is confirmed).
– 5% paid upon project completion.
– Note: Commission is issued once per successful referral and does not recur for the same client/project.

4. Legal Standing
Ohelay Technology operates under applicable Nigerian commercial laws and reserves the right to decline any referral that does not meet its qualification criteria. Partners are considered independent agents and not employees of the company. This partnership does not constitute a legal joint venture or employment agreement
